| Tannochside - Fibre fault - Hartwood Services were tasked to check out a fibre fault on a connection to an MSC, the installer "on-site" identified where the fault had occurred and carried out an immediate correction. New fibre was dispatched to site and an installer replaced the broken fibre and the fault was corrected inside 2 hours. "I called Hartwood to ask if they could help, the response was immediate, the fault was cleared in matter of minutes, saving me and my engineer a 200mile drive. Thanks once again." |

| On-site management by the Clerk of Works on a single site of a major project, Hartwood Services provided a Clerk of Works function to oversee the complete installation of the MSC which again came in on budget and within the agreed timescales. "Just to a quick note to let you know that the installer is doing an excellent job at Birmingham. Over the past few weeks he has provided continual support for the MSC, keeping a grip of other 3rd parties working on site, along with the numerous MJS tasks. He had a ‘can do’ professional approach to the tasks I asked he to do on Wednesday" |
