September 2007 - Award of Quality Auditing Managed Service Cell Site |
| The Managed Service for Quality Auditing was launched with T-Mobile as an evolution from the existing quality audit service. Essentially the managed service provides more of an emphasis on root cause analysis of cell site quality and in building focussed programmes of rectification through a quality audit forum. |

| The DDF &ODF Frame Management Service is seen by O2 as a essential element in the continued growth and optimisation of their network. As part of the tender process Hartwood demonstrated the depth of knowledge, experience and capability to confidently deliver this service. A comprehensive history of service delivery in this sensitive area was a key factor in securing the contract. |

August 2007 Decommissioning, Refurbishment & Re-deployment - Award of Storage, configuration and Testing Service |
| The scope of this service is to support technical growth projects such as BTS cabinets swaps. By providing a storage facility to house decommissioned BTS equipment Hartwood Services configure, refurbish, test and re-deploy equipment back into the network. This enables T-Mobile to re-use already purchased equipment were it is needed most. |

June 2007 - Award of Site Engineering Management contract by o2 |
| The main focus of o2 has always been on quality of service for their subscriber base. After consultation with Hartwood the Site Engineering Management Service was seen as the perfect vehicle to enhance and ensure quality as well as providing support for improvement programmes. |

June 2007 - Award of Managed Jumpering Service |
| This service was initially implemented in May 2006 and due to the success of the service by raising jumper completions from 23% to over 95% within a 5 working day SLA Hartwood Services were successful in securing a further 18 month contract with T-Mobile to provide the Managed Jumpering Service including all reparent activities. |

| Hartwood Services innovative approach to providing technical services for T-Mobile in the growth and expansion elements secured numerous projects including BTS swap programmes, TRU Expansion programmes, Network optimisation and 2G Installation and commissioning. The service provides T-Mobile with real cost savings and eliminates premium pricing typically associated with this type of work. |
