Asset Management Services

Integrated within Hartwood's delivery of managed infrastructure support services is asset management. Hartwood understands the full implications of asset management and the importance of maintaining a true asset register. Hartwood will provide and maintain an effective electronic asset register safe, containing the details of all equipment on site, and provide secure electronic access.

Hartwood will undertake an audit of each site to identify and label all assets and then manage the register thereafter.  After an initial site audit, and on-going re-assessment, Hartwood will work with the:

• Chief Financial Officers' staff to provide a list of assets by site for insurance and valuation. This list will be managed and updated as equipment is taken on and off site.  Hartwood will provide an electronic record of all delivery and dispatch notes, serial numbers, maintenance undertaken or planned, and destruction or recycling certificates for all equipment removed from site to provide clear evidence in support of any CSR statements.
  
  
• Chief Technology Officers' staff to provide a list of all equipment on site. This would include company purchased assets, third party loaned and unidentified equipment. Hartwood will work closely with the CTO’s staff to ensure all equipment on a site is required and relevant and take necessary action as instructed. This service includes full comprehensive management of equipment transfer and re-deployment, equipment maintenance and AC/DC power monitoring.
