Cell Site Managed Services (Outsourced)

The Hartwood Cell Site Managed Service provides the client with the opportunity to outsource all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Operational Reactive Maintenance (ORM) activity.

All cell sites are periodically inspected in accordance with specification to an agreed PPM schedule.

The ORM component of the service will respond to Reactive Maintenance requests to maintain network operability.

The Combined PPM and ORM Managed Services include the rationalisation of existing maintenance schedules and includes technical resource for network upgrades and decommissioning and refurbishment programs.
