Site Engineering Management Services

Hartwood ServicesHartwood Services

Designed to provide a complete "Clerk of Works" function throughout customer main switching centres and data hubs -- the purpose of which is to ensure that all installation and de-commissioning activity is being implemented as prescribed by customer specifications.

A dedicated team of technically qualified "Clerk of Works" is deployed at agreed nominated sites but managed centrally either at the customer premise or Hartwood HQ.

The main advantage of this service is customer peace of mind that stringent quality is being monitored and enforced on a day to day basis. Third party vendors benefit from audit standardization and the removal of ambiguity on site advice where required.
